The company has a direct mechanical technical department team with knowledge, capability, and expertise both in Thailand and abroad. We are ready to provide services and advises to our customers. The team member is eager to go out to provide after sale service which include repairs and maintenance of our machines.
➢ Product quality and guarantee
1 year warranty for product includes spare parts and the maintenance of the machine that it is caused by normal use (Excluding in the case of broken accessories caused by misuse and consumables)
➢ Service after the warranty period
• Annual service agreement including spare parts.
• Annual service contract excluding spare parts.
