HV Machinery Co., Ltd. has a storage space of more than 2,000 square meters to accommodate a wide variety of products. Thus, customers will be able to visit and see various types of our products before making any purchases. This will ensure that customer can make quick decision and will get the best product on time. The company also provide follow up services for our customer.

 Working principle

The company has a direct mechanical technical department team with knowledge, capability, and expertise both in Thailand and abroad. We are ready to provide services and advises to our customers. The team member is eager to go out to provide after sale service which include repairs and maintenance of our machines.

 Product quality and guarantee

1 year warranty for product includes spare parts and the maintenance of the machine that it is caused by normal use (Excluding in the case of broken accessories caused by misuse and consumables)

 Service after the warranty period

• - Annual service agreement including spare parts.
• - Annual service contract excluding spare parts
• - Call each time.
• - Installation, demonstration, and training.
• - The company provide regular training for our employee to understand its functions, technology and being able to use the machine appropriately to ensure that the company provides top quality services.

 Scope of service with the scope of service as follows

• - The company provide the service from 8.00-17.00.
• - If the machine is not working and unable to function, the company will send technician to go in to repair it within 48 working hours. In the case of having to change spare parts from abroad, it takes round 7-14 days for the product or spare part to arrive.
• - The company will provide service only during company business hours: Monday - Saturday (8.00 - 17.00)
• - The company will provide the above service without charge of any parts and labour. In addition to the price agreed in the contract. The extra payment will be charged if the product must be transported. This includes travel expenses and actual accommodation costs for installation of machines outside Bangkok and the districts where the service centre is located.
• - In the event of a breakdown of the machine in spite of the regular service, the company will arrange a skilled technician to repair it as soon as the notice is received from the customer. Technician will provide advice of the propriate using of the machines to prevent any undue damage to the customer's staff and the long-term maintenance of the machine.
• - During the guarantee the customer is not allowed to have anyone other than the company's staff to adjust or repair the machine. Unless with the written consent of the company. Otherwise, if the machine is damaged the company will not be responsible for the repair thus, the company reserves the right to charge additional service if the customer requests to check, adjust, repair the machine.
• - There are 6 service teams, 2 persons for each team. There are also factory technicians from China who stationed in Thailand. These technicians are ready to assist in any problems that may incurred to guarantee the best service the company provides.
